The four Earthly bodiesIn order to manifest in matter and experience its processes, humans create four Earthly bodies of consciousness that work closely together. (psychic, emotional, energetic and physical) that constitute your Personality usually manifest in the third dimension where you create and experience your physical life as a human being. This manifestation is constantly in motion. Your four bodies appear to be ‘fixed’ but in essence they are constantly being created and re-created by your consciousness and through your actions. You create your bodies from your own self-image and based on the life you allow yourself. This is often done unconsciously. You can become aware of this process by paying attention to your beliefs, your feelings, your energy and your physical actions through which you create and recreate yourself.
Many aspects of yourself that you now see as fixed and as your identity are past conditioning from your current or past lives that you continue to ‘bring into existence’. Within every cell and atom of your body is the field of all possibilities of the Absolute level of God. This field can be mobilised in any way your consciousness indicates.”

Your connection to Source activates the field of all possibilities that underlies the re-creation of yourself and your life in the material dimension. Every cell and organ is connected to Earthly, Cosmic and Divine forces. As you dissolve all kinds of limiting factors, these Divine forces are set in motion to manifest in your four bodies and in your life.
These renewing forces are anchored in unity consciousness. Keys to self-renewal
Mary Magdalene and Jesus: ‘The five keys to self-renewal are an expression on Earth of your relationship with the Divine Source. The keys are:
1. Release limiting conditionings
These conditionings keep your bodies in a dualistic and often painful dynamic. They also manifest in poor metabolism, inflammation, deficiencies and limited regeneration of your cells and organs.
As you release these conditionings, your cells and organs are given space to manifest their full potential, to heal and regenerate into a higher vibration.
2. Embrace emptiness
Experiencing emptiness gives you direct access to your Divine Source. For example, when you meditate, fast and allow silence into your life, you reduce the external influences on your system, and make room for that Source to manifest from within. Being full of all kinds of external stimuli blocks the functioning of your inner Divine potential and limits your ability to regenerate. Allowing emptiness renews your physical body and your entire Personality from within. Space is created for your Divine spark to manifest on Earth.
3. Make your self-image and Personality flexible
Your ability to transform yourself in the service of your inner processes and your relationship with the environment enables you to renew yourself and your Personality in the service of your consciousness. You learn not to take on the processes of others and the world, and leave them as they are. In this way you realise that you are untouchable in your essence. Your experience of Being shifts from your Personality to your Divine Source. This makes you less attached to different aspects of your Personality. You can release or transform them more easily when appropriate. This flexibility increases your ability to regenerate, and gives your Divine Source space to manifest on Earth.
4. Surrender to the flow
As you become more flexible in your Personality and who you ‘need’ to be, you gain the ability to align with an inner level of unity within yourself. From within, a flow of Divine creative energy manifests, which can take many forms. This allows you to attune to a higher stream of consciousness that determines what happens on Earth. People’s Earthly creations of and for themselves and with each other, are guided from a higher dimension of consciousness. Your Higher Self and Divine Source guide your Personality in its developmental processes.
The more flexible your Personality is, the better it can align with these higher levels of consciousness. These levels create a flow of processes and experiences that facilitate your Earthly creations. By being attuned to these higher levels, you are also in service to a greater whole. Your actions are supported by an ‘invisible hand’ that brings everything into ‘flow’. You are offered the right things at the right time and it feels as if all doors are open to you. You are like water flowing through rock. This is because you have let go of many barriers within yourself and align yourself with the natural flow of Nature, the Cosmos and your own Divinity.
5. Embracing your Earthly life and Earthly Divinity
The coming forward of your Divine potential can only happen in close connection with your Earthly incarnation as a human being. When you embrace your relationship with Earth and your own being as a human, you allow your body and your Personality to be fully itself. You are allowed to be who you are without hindrance. Love for yourself flows and activates your capacity for self-renewal. This allows the unity consciousness of your Higher Self and your Divine Source to manifest on Earth in a physical and individual form. Your physical body and Personality activate their inner light.
