Become a trainer for the Mary Magdalene and Jesus World School
We offer courses for people interested and qualified to become trainers of the New World Programme teachings by Mary Magdalene and Jesus.
What does it mean to be a trainer of the New World Programme?
The will to work with the New World Programme is not just a choice of a field of knowledge or interest in a spiritual teaching. It concerns your own attitude in life and a specific direction in your spiritual development. We, Gabriela and Reint, regard the teachings of Mary Magdalene and Jesus, Mary and Joseph as an inspiration and not a dogma.
However, in order to pass this on to others, a certain commitment and dedication is required of the trainer to make these teachings their own, live through them and pass them on. This is an intention and a choice from the heart. Trainers in training will not be approached from control over certain teaching situations. However, we will reflect on them with the trainees as a learning opportunity, as they can do in their own lives.
What do trainers embrace?
Becoming a trainer of the New World Programme means that one embraces the following:
- A willingness to integrate and apply the content of this programme in your own life as much as possible
- Awareness of communicating with yourself and with others with the intention of doing it from unity as much as possible
- A willingness to stand for the Human Divinity, directly and indirectly
- A willingness to be part of a trainer team and of the Mary Magdalene and Jesus World School
- Having the attitude to shape one's own life from the role of Creator
- Be open to feedback and (self)reflection
- Act with honesty and respect for yourself, others, the team and the school
After completing a training course, you will be able:
- To understand our teachings on specific topics, make it one's own, and be able to transfer it to others through the teaching material offered by the school.
- To guide students in the understanding, penetration and application of this knowledge in their personalities and personal lives.
Points of attention for trainers
As a graduate trainer, the following concerns should be taken into account:
- Respect the copyright of the material and books of the Mary Magdalene and Jesus World School.
- When giving training courses, you only use the school's material, spiritual direction and books. You may give other types of courses if there is a clear distinction in presentation to others. It is however undesirable to involve other bodies of thought or other spiritual currents when giving training courses on The Human Divinity.
- You actively deliver trainings according to the methodology and with the tools you learn during the training courses. A different didactic approach is possible in consultation with the teachers.
- For the time being, you are not allowed to train other trainers yourself.
Licence
To give training courses independently, you need a licence after graduation.
- Your diploma will give you a licence for two years after application.
- There are no additional costs for applying for and obtaining a licence.
- Certified trainers will be presented on the school's website.
- The trainer courses are part of the school's offer.
- Certified trainers' courses related to The Human Divinity (and possibly other courses later on) will be listed on the school's website.
- Participants in the trainers’ courses have to register through the school.
- The trainers contribute 10% of their profits per course participant to the school for all the provided services to support trainers.
- The trainers work in pairs for the first two years. After that, they may work independently, although working in pairs is still recommended.
- It is mandatory to display the school's logo on all course publications.
- Trainers attend 1 in-service training day and 2 supervision days per calendar year. These days are offered by the school.
Further training and supervision
Further training and supervision meetings are organised by the school, and are compulsory for all licence holders. Refresher courses cost €95 per day, and supervision costs €95 per day.
If a trainer does not attend refresher courses and supervision one year, he or she must catch up the following year. When failing to do so, your licence will expire. We strive to handle all personal situations and choices in consultation and to everyone’s satisfaction.
The Human Divinity Trainer Course
A Dutch trainer course for The Human Divinity program is currently ongoing. We are working on a new trainer course about The Mary Magdalene Code (for graduates of the Human Divinity Trainer Program), and English versions of both courses.
Admission requirements
You must have demonstrably followed all modules of the New World Programme on the Human Divinity. If you have not done so, you can still follow this course online in consultation with Gabriela and Reint.
- Higher education or equivalent level
- Read and studied the following books of the school: The Human Divinity series, You are God, and Creating by Prayer. We also recommend to read the Mary Magdalene and Jesus series
- A coaching, teacher or therapist qualification is a plus, but not mandatory
- Communication skills and being able to communicate via digital channels
- Command of languages other than Dutch is an advantage, but not a requirement
- A completed application form
- A personal interview about your motivation with the trainers Gabriela and Reint
Attendance and effort
You are expected to attend all training days. In case of illness or force majeure, a way will be found to make up the course part. One should take into account homework consisting of literature, self-reflection exercises, individual and group assignments, any additional online meetings and self-study.
Maximum number of participants per group
The maximum number of participants per training group is 14.
Working in pairs
As advised by Mary Magdalene and Jesus, you will practice in pairs during the training days in addition to your individual training. These pairs will be formed during the first training days. It is recommended that after completing the training, the first two years of working as a trainer also do so in pairs.
Assignments
During the training, assignments will also be given in the form of a presentation and a training day part in pairs. In the process, participants will receive feedback from the teachers and the group. These are not tests, but learning moments.
Assessment and completion of the course
After delivering three presentations and three day-long training sessions and successfully completing a practical assignment and a knowledge and insight test, the participant will receive a certificate.
Costs
The Human Divinity Trainer Course comprises 13 meetings at €113 per meeting, or a total of €1469. In-service training and supervision costs €95 per day. Graduation costs are €113 for a practical assignment and a knowledge & insight test.
