Jesus’ light body is frequently referenced in teachings about the Human Divinity, particularly in books about the lives of Mary Magdalene and Jesus, especially in the “Mary Magdalene and Jesus” series. There are several distinct stages in the development of a light body.
Essentially, everyone has a light body — a non-material body. This is an inherent part of human existence. This light is present in all cells, molecules and atoms of the human body. Through their way of life, a person can raise the vibration of their body, and thus the light within, to a higher level. This can be achieved by bringing together the dualistic aspects of the personality into unity during various incarnations. This can be done by, for example, being in loving connection with fellow human beings, eating sensibly, exercising, doing yoga, resting, meditating, and spending time in nature.
Highly developed masters are able to create a light body outside themselves. They project light units from a higher dimension, which takes on the form of a light body on Earth that they desire. Jesus was also able to do this. For example, he projected a light body of himself when he walked on the rough waters of the Sea of Galilee to reassure his disciples. It is not easy for Earthly people to distinguish a light body from a physical body.
Through the crucifixion, Jesus reached such a high level of development as a human being on Earth, he fully activated his Earthly Divinity. He was then able to transform his entire physical body into light. Consequently, despite no longer having a physical body, he can move between spiritual and material dimensions. From the spiritual dimension, he can manifest himself on Earth in any light body he desires, for example, appearing in the form of Jesus, who is recognised by everyone.
