Gabriela begins most course days with a meditation. To promote relaxation, to connect with ourselves, to connect with Mary Magdalene and Jesus and their healing network, and to highlight themes. Sometimes spontaneous healing from the network of healers also occurs.
In this meditation, spoken and observed during a live course day on the Leadership of Mary Magdalene on 28 November 2025, the dilemma of a Celtic tribe in the Canigou mountain range in the Pyrenees and Mary Magdalene’s intervention in this are the starting point for identifying humanity’s spiritual growth spurt and expressing the greatness, spiritual versatility and multidimensionality of human beings. At a time when everything is coming to light, we may also gain more insight into who we really are as human beings. And that is much more than we thought, experienced and were told.
Gabriela: “We close our eyes. We connect with our inner space. We feel the energy in our body and how our physical body is also an energetic manifestation of our field of consciousness. We become aware of how I am, how you are, how our energy is today. We feel the relaxing power of breathing.
We connect with the connective tissue in our body, which envelops all the organs, muscles and joints like a kind of wrapping paper. And we feel that it forms a whole. And we ask the fascia, as this tissue is called, we ask it to relax, throughout the whole body like a network.
And the relaxing effect of the tissue also brings about a deeper relaxation of all the muscles and organs of the body. We also ask this tissue to let go of all the conditioning and obstacles that do not serve us, and to allow freedom and openness in the body.
The important role of the four Earth bodies
Gabriela: “We connect with our Energetic body, which surrounds the Physical body and also works through all cells and atoms. We ask the Energetic body to expand, become lighter and release all blockages and obstacles. To give us freedom, peace and joy.
We connect with our Emotional body, which embraces and permeates the Energetic and Physical bodies. We ask our Emotional body to expand and release all forms of pain, emotional blockages and obstacles. And to give us space to experience joy and unconditional love. And also freedom and peace.
We then connect with our Psychic body, a gigantic body around us, metres high and wide. This embraces the other three bodies and permeates them. We also ask our Psychic body to let go of all limiting beliefs and self-judgements and to create space for adventure, for new creations and life experiences, and for freedom, joy and peace.
The openness of our Psychic body penetrates the other three Earthly bodies, the Emotional, the Energetic and the Physical. And together, the four of them create a space for exploring and experiencing our multidimensionality, our Cosmic citizenship, our multifaceted possibilities as multidimensional human beings.
And from our four Earth bodies, we energetically allow two thick roots to enter the Earth from the soles of our feet, passing through all layers of the Earth, including the surface of the Earth, the first layer on which, besides humans, many plants, animals and insects are found. We feel the connection with the network of the plant world, all the roots that connect with each other. And there is also a biological layer on the Earth’s surface, formed by dead leaves, insects and bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites and roots. They cover the entire Earth and communicate with each other. We connect with them, as biological beings that we ourselves are.
Then we go deeper into the Earth with the roots and explore the different layers of consciousness of the Earth, the deeper, the more refined. We come into contact with different spaces, in which different civilisations continue their existence. I see a system of tunnels and connections, a network within the Earth that connects places of residence and energy, both human tunnels and the deeper inner Earth tunnels.”
The working of your Divine Sources in Heaven and on Earth
Gabriela: “Ultimately, we anchor ourselves in our own Divine Source at the core of the Earth, a Source of unconditional love, of Absolute consciousness, which permanently inspires, supports and nourishes us.
We receive the love of the Divine Source in the Earth through our roots, feet, legs and spine. This love nourishes every atom, every cell and every organ of our body and continues up to the crown of our head. There we become aware of a permanent connection with the Divine Source at the Absolute level of God, God as the Absolute field of consciousness and unconditional love, a field beyond the manifestation of Creation, where our own individual Divine Source is also present.
The Source constantly radiates a beam of Absolute consciousness, white-gold sparkling light, onto us. This beam descends through all our energy and consciousness centres in the higher dimensions and descends even further, through our crown centre, our pineal gland centre, the throat, the heart, the solar plexus, the womb or prostate to the pelvic floor. And this beam continues to the core of the Earth with the help of the two roots. In this way, we are anchored in the Earth, in our Divine Source in the Earth, and also anchored at the Absolute level of God. We feel the energy of both Sources radiating into us and embracing us. Together, both Sources create a gigantic energetic egg between the core of the Earth and the Absolute level of God, an energetic space in which we exist.
We turn our attention to the heart, we feel the love of the heart. And we let the love of our hearts embrace our atoms, cells and organs. We let the love of our hearts flow to each other, from the right side of one person to the left side of the next. Our love and unity with each other flows counterclockwise. We form a circle of unconditional love, a circle of unity in which we experience our Divinity and share it with each other. We let the love of our hearts flow and we feel how our field of love becomes stronger and fills the entire space. We also feel our connection at the level of our Divine Sources in Heaven and Earth.
The spiritual masters and their network introduce themselves
Gabriela: “Mary Magdalene and Jesus, Mary and Joseph join us in the circle. They add their field of love to this circle of students. They invite us to go with them to the Celtic tribe near the Canigou mountain complex. And we, like the spiritual masters, also sit with the tribe and witness the process of the tribe members.
We are not alone here. We are also accompanied by Mother Earth, by God at the Absolute level of God, accompanied by the Brothers and Sisters of Nature and all Realms, by representatives of inner-earth areas. The Brothers and Sisters for the Human Divinity, and the Brothers and Sisters of higher civilisations from highly developed dimensions and galaxies are also present. As are the Representatives for the Human Divinity, the Representatives for the Divinity of Nature and the Representatives for the Divinity of the Cosmos.
Archangels Gabriel and Michael, Uriel and Raphael also present themselves, forming a cross with each other. Archangel Sandalfon, who is closer to Earth, and Metatron, who is closer to Heaven, to the spiritual dimension. The six of them form a large Merkaba, which is an energetic figure formed by two pyramids merging into each other, resembling a large three-dimensional Star of David. And in this case, it is a very large Merkaba, in which we can sit in the space between the two pyramids. And there, in that place, there is a fine-meshed white, tingling light that energises, embraces and supports us.
We are also accompanied by the Pillars of Creation, which revolve around us from space. They support the transition from God at the Absolute level of God to God at the Manifest level; a permanent transfer of Divine consciousness to Creation and back. Also present are nature beings and landscapes, animals from other times, such as a sabre-toothed tiger, a mammoth and dinosaurs, but also representatives of ancient civilisations that were once on Earth and left for whatever reason. They left gifts for us, which may be unwrapped when humanity is ready.
Representatives of indigenous peoples, native peoples, and their shamans, medicine women and men are also present. They are accompanied by a large group of healers who support us, together with light beings from all kinds of spiritual layers and dimensions, who support us in this time, in this special period of awakening.
Our personal multidimensional network that explores the Divine
Gabriela: “All these beings, forces and healers create a field of Absolute consciousness and take us to a dimension beyond time and space. A dimension in which we come into contact with other lives of ours, other identities of ours, in the past and in the future, which are simultaneously present in this field beyond time and space.
And we connect, if we so desire, with our personal spiritual network in which our Soul explores the Divine on Earth through different times and lives and exchanges experiences and awareness. A network in which different identities of ours gain experiences with duality and unity, both in the past and in the future. In which different aspects of our Higher consciousness bodies and Soul bodies also gain other experiences in other dimensions in the present. We connect with this entire network of our own Being, which is exploring the Divine in all times, spaces and dimensions simultaneously.
From the Divine Sources in Heaven and Earth, we receive a boost of unconditional love, and this love spreads through our own individual network, across all times and spaces, to lives outside Earth, and for some of us also within Earth. We take all of this with us into this individual network of our entire Being, realising that energetically we are all great beings, manifestations of God with different qualities of ourselves in all kinds of dimensions and areas of Creation. We take a moment in silence to explore and process this.
And all the different forces, beings and healers also create a very large energetic egg around us, between Heaven and Earth, to protect us today during this course day and also to equalise and refine our energy and consciousness, to harmonise with each other and with them.
We share impulses of unconditional love, light and unity
Gabriela: “From this higher dimension beyond time and space, together with the network of healers, forces and beings, we embrace the Earth, humanity and nature, in the past, in the future and in the present. And we invite all beings and people, and the Earth as a whole, to connect with their own Divinity and their own Divine consciousness. From this partnership, we share impulses of unconditional love, light and unity to the Earth, humanity and nature, through all times and spaces. And we invite all beings and people to embrace their Divinity, to open their hearts to themselves and others. And from this network of light and love, we all take care of all kinds of issues on Earth, conflicts, dilemmas and difficulties, and we bring people into contact with their Divine consciousness. Let us show them their Divine essence, as well as the eternity of their Being, which gives them an impulse to look at themselves and the whole from this Being and this consciousness, and to perceive all kinds of blockages and conflicts from the heart.
And by looking from the heart, healing unfolds for all kinds of struggles and conflicts, obstacles, disagreements, misunderstandings and misrecognition on Earth, collectively and individually. And we feel a wave of unconditional love and unity passing through the Earth and through all people and beings. This impulse anchors itself in the inner Earth and in the core of the Earth. This impulse of Being, the Divinity of all beings, spreads throughout the entire Multiverse as a wave of love and unity, allowing all beings to experience and realise their Divinity. And from there, they look at themselves and at everything, giving everything a different meaning and value, and much of the burden dissolves into the Absolute level of God.
In this way, we, the entire Creation, merge with God at the Absolute level of God in a loving fusion of pure Being. And we take this with us into our individual Being, our individual existence. This impulse of being one with God at the Absolute level anchors itself in our hearts, in our four Earthly bodies, in our breathing, and integrates itself into our Personality. We allow all of this to sink in…
And from our hearts, we prepare to say a prayer:
Dear Divine Heart
Pure expression of my Divinity
Open yourself to the essence
Of unconditional love
Within myself and in all manifestations of God
On Earth
Dear Divine Heart
Help me to recognise my true essence
As a Divine human being on Earth
Consciously experience
And to share with others
So that the flow of unconditional love

Can reach everyone and everything on Earth

Your light has increased and is spreading across and throughout the entire Earth. Thank you for being present as students, as instruments for allowing the Divine light to flow to all people and beings on Earth. You are in a phase of awakening, in a New Age, in which the unity of all that is becomes manifest and part of your daily life, your self-awareness and your self-image. Your self-awareness is expanding and refining itself greatly. Your self-consciousness is increasing.
All aspects of yourself that you experience as your own become part of your perception of yourself and the way you manifest and create yourself in the world. Your Creative Force therefore increases and permeates all your creations and relationships.
As you integrate your own Higher layers of consciousness and bodies into your Personalities, your creative power and also your responsibility increase. You are growing more and more towards a deeper awareness of what you create actually taking shape in the world. And that the pace at which this takes place is accelerating and the creation time is becoming shorter. Moreover, the energy with which this manifests is becoming more powerful. To make you more aware of this, you are going through a process of adjustment in permanent alignment with your hearts.
You are growing in the realisation that you can transform much more in your environment than you thought possible. The intensity is stronger and the pace faster, giving you more opportunities to put love into the world, share it and let it do its work. Things that you previously thought impossible have now entered your spectrum of Creative Force.
We bless you in this process of embodying your Divinity and integrating this process into your individual and collective lives. May Christ consciousness and your own Divinity guide you and bring you joy. We bless you for this.”
