Humanity is going through hectic times. It seems as if many aspects of daily life are draining our energy. Yet it is precisely now that it is so important to be spiritually balanced. By praying to Mary Magdalene and Jesus, you connect with them and their high vibration, create balance and can present your life issues to them.
Prayers establish and form the connection with the spiritual masters. By praying to a higher source, you connect with a higher and finer vibration. Use prayers for everything you do, wish for and experience from your heart. Be uninhibited in this. Prayer opens your heart and brings a pleasant high vibration into your life and the lives of others. Pray often for yourself and for others. Pray regularly for our planet and for humanity. By praying, you raise the collective consciousness of humanity to a higher level.
Before eating, it is nice to pause for a moment of prayer to reflect on the service that other beings provide in your life and to be grateful for it. This will open your heart further. In this way, you will receive the spiritual nourishment that the beings you consume also want to give you. In this way, we may also receive their unconditional love.
Be fully present with your attention when saying the prayer. Feel each word and let each word sink in. Pray as much as possible at a calm pace. This allows the prayer to touch deeper layers within yourself. After each prayer, pause for a moment to feel the effect of the prayer within yourself.
