Mary Magdalene explains who or what God is

The infinite dimension of God is almost beyond the grasp of the human mind. That is not a problem, says Mary Magdalene. “In this context, I would advise you to approach God with an open mind and without any preconceptions, so that the Divine can unfold and manifest itself even further within you. For God is precisely within everyone’s heart and consciousness; you yourselves are God.”

Mary Magdalene: “You have often had a tendency to project all sorts of images onto God with which you felt a connection, such as ‘God as an old man with a beard’. Existential dilemmas were also associated with God: ‘How can God allow this terrible thing to happen?’ The images that many have used have been aimed at placing God outside of yourselves so as not to have to take responsibility for your own Divinity. In this way, many people keep God far away from themselves. What about, for example, ‘God as a Father in Heaven’ or ‘God as a punishing Father’.

However, the infinite dimension of God is scarcely comprehensible to the human mind. That is not a problem. In this context, I would advise you to approach God with an open mind and without any preconceptions, so that the Divine can unfold and manifest itself even further within you. For God is precisely within everyone’s heart and consciousness; you yourselves are God. From that perspective, you might reflect on how you use your own creative power. What is your own role in all manner of earthly events, great and small? In this context, it is important to realise that you are much more than human consciousness. The higher levels of consciousness on which you make certain decisions will only be revealed to you when you are willing to look at yourselves from this perspective and when you open your hearts. Not taking responsibility for your own actions, passivity, and creations, and placing all the blame on God, is no longer appropriate on Earth.

God is far more than what we can describe in words. Yet an attempt, an indication. God is everything. God is love and compassion. God is humour and sorrow. God is matter and consciousness. God is past, present and future. God is meaningless and full of meaning. God is. God is the being of all that exists. God is all human races. God is all religions. God encompasses all levels of consciousness. God is holistic. Humans are a manifestation of God; you are God. Every molecule in the Universe reflects the whole. There is nothing that is not part of God. The idea that there is, for example, a dichotomy between God and the devil is a projection of the human mind. The division between God and the devil is merely a projection of your own duality, your view of good and evil. God is everything and stands above all duality. What you regard as the devil is in fact nothing other than your own fear of your undesirable aspects. At the absolute level, there is no duality. Everything is one, everything is God, and so are you. Even experiences that, in human eyes, could never possibly form part of God, are in fact part of it. From an earthly perspective, you may not always be able to understand the deeper intentions of the Divine plan. Many seemingly terrible events are, in essence, an expression of love and compassion. To experience and understand it in this way, further development of consciousness is required. In this, it is particularly important to dare to accept your so-called undesirable aspects and all your so-called imperfections—which are also Divine—and to integrate them into your being, so as to become even more honest with yourself and even more authentic.”

Three Essentials

Mary Magdalene: “Recognising your Divinity, however, also brings with it responsibility. Everything that exists in the Universe is God. You are not the only one who is Divine; that is good news. There is equality. In your manifestation on Earth, you must therefore be and remain aware of everything around you: plants, animals, people, Mother Earth, and all the stars and planets in the universe. You form a unity. Ensure that your attitude towards them on this Earth is respectful and loving. Enjoy them. Admire them. So that you may admire yourself. Experience the unity. And let the feeling of unity flow through you.

The first essence I mentioned in this context is: ‘I am God’, the second essence is: ‘The world is God’ and the third essence is: ‘We are one! To become aware of the first essence, I give you the following exercise.”

Exercise – I am God

Mary Magdalene: “Your essence is love; your essence lives in your heart. Love is also your strength. Yet you rarely live from the heart in the here and now. You can form loving connections with your surroundings, with the people present in your life, with people on the street, but above all with yourselves. Who among you can say: ‘From my heart: I love myself.’ You often have a tendency to judge yourselves and others. Ultimately, this leads to fears, loneliness and sadness. To the question ‘who am I, really?’, you can answer:

‘I am God’

  • Feel that in your heart. Close your eyes and repeat to yourself: ‘I am God’. Let it sink in. Let it flow further inwards from your heart like nectar.
  • Let this joyful message flow through to every cell. The message is passed on to every cell to remind it to wake up again. And every cell feels: ‘I am God!’

This message brings happiness, responsibility and humility. Life is simple. You are okay, complete in yourself! You lack nothing. Isn’t that good news?! You don’t need anything. You don’t have to work so hard at it or strive to correct your supposed imperfections. You no longer need to prove that you are ‘good enough’. That idea of not being good enough does not exist in the Divine world. Everything is in perfect harmony. You have come into this world to play, to experience, to feel what it is like to be a part of God in the material world. To manifest yourself as you are. Recognising that brings bliss and peace. Enjoy yourself. Explore yourself. Admire yourself.”

The realisation ‘I am God’ lifts the fog

Mary Magdalene: “You have often denied your own Divinity during the evolutionary process. You have repeated that message of denial to every cell time and again. That brought confusion and a denial of your true identity. That ignorance and denial lies like a veil of mist over your consciousness and also over your body. A layer of mist lies over every cell. The affirmation ‘I am God’ clears the fog. Repeat this exercise often and feel what it does for you. Let the fog lift. I am with you to support you. You may call upon my name, Mary Magdalene, in your heart.”

Prayer

Mary Magdalene: “Finally, I offer you a prayer to awaken the awareness of ‘being God’ in your heart:

Dear God

Mother and Father God

All-encompassing power that is in my heart

Awaken within me

And help me, in every moment of my life

In every word, in every deed and action

To be conscious of my Divinity

Help me to manifest Divine love on Earth

And with me in every fellow human being

Amen.
