Mary Magdalene and Jesus: “Dear people, in recent times humanity has been faced with various conflicts, armed struggles. In these cases one side tries to impose its will on the other. When aggression, oppression, coercion and murder are used between two parties, it means that communication between these people and/or groups has failed. These people or groups have not been able to accept, understand, respect and accommodate each other.

In cases of aggression, there is usually a misunderstanding. The aggressor usually feels disrespected by the other party. He or she feels, that his or her own right to exist is threatened and attacks the other party. Sometimes the right to exist may really be at stake, but it may also be an assumption based on an old unresolved trauma projected onto a third party.

This can happen between individuals, between groups and between peoples. If an individual is at odds with himself, sooner or later this will be played out in a relationship with another. In the inner struggle there is a part of the person that feels victimised by another part that acts as perpetrator. The person does not come to terms with himself or herself and will try to deal with the unresolved conflict in the outer world. This usually does not resolve the background to the confrontation”.

Why do conflicts arise?

Mary Magdalene and Jesus: “The essence of conflict is usually self-judgment. Misjudging and attacking a vulnerable and less developed part of oneself leads to an inner war to get rid of this limited part. This is often unsuccessful, so that in the long run the judging part feels compelled to accept the judged aspect. On an individual level this often has to do with the relationship between the adult who has adapted to society and the less capable inner child. Finally embracing the condemned child or part of yourself leads to the opening of the heart and the unfolding of unconditional love.”

From mistrust to trust in society

Mary Magdalene and Jesus: “The values and norms and mutual behaviour in society are a result of the level of consciousness that plays a role between people. When individual and social consciousness is high, based on love and respect, mutual trust will grow. People feel seen and respected and can count on each other. In this way, cooperation promotes a process of building between groups and peoples. There is room for everyone, while maintaining common interests.

When collective consciousness is low, people distrust each other. They are unsure of their right to exist and to have their basic needs met. This leads to survival behaviour at the expense of others. Ruling groups do not hesitate to defend their own affairs by force, even at the expense of the basic needs and lives of others.

This makes people fear each other. The powerful fear losing their power and privilege and becoming vulnerable themselves. The vulnerable are afraid of suffering more and feeling disrespected. This has been going on between people and groups for centuries. Eventually, when they are not heard, the vulnerable demand their rights through violence. This process has a long history in some countries. In these countries, uprisings have led to a more democratic system in which all groups have a chance, sooner or later, to be heard and seen in one way or another. In other countries, this process is still underway, for example when it comes to women’s rights vis-à-vis men”.

From mistrust to trust and peace in the world

Mary Magdalene and Jesus: “Internationally, a similar process is taking place. Some countries are more developed in terms of infrastructure, resources and wealth. Individuals then have more rights and freedoms. And education and health care serve the citizens and the country. In other countries, this is not yet the case. There is still poverty and injustice. International relations perpetuate this. Countries, political systems and cultures fear each other. Afraid of being dominated, of having to change their way of life, of having the values and norms of another culture or religion imposed on them, or of losing their freedoms and their right to exist.

Countries and people also fear their differences. It is assumed that one’s differences threaten the existence and identity of the other. Thus the value of these differences is lost. You, human beings, now have the challenge of learning to value the differences between you. By deepening your communication, you can discover what you have to offer each other. Learning to cooperate and build a shared world in balance with each other and with nature is your present opportunity to bring the world’s problems to a solution.”

Healing the feminine as a way to peace in the world

Mary Magdalene and Jesus: “The feminine is essential to raise the consciousness of humanity. The feminine brings you back to love and respect for each other, to equality between people and with nature. It opens the way to trust and surrender. It dissolves fears and creates a basis for a higher civilisation. Both principles, the feminine and the masculine, can find each other and work together. Together you will embrace the power of difference and make it work for an equal, loving and respectful society.

For this we bless you, Mary Magdalene and Jesus. “
